This past week went really well! I finished my first week at BYU and had some great experiences. One of my greatest experiences was going to see President Monson speak. I thought it was really cool that I got to see him my first week up here. I took some pictures but many of them didn't turn out that great. I went with the guy who lives across the hall. His name is Levin. Levin's roommate also came with us, his name is John. We went at about 3 in the afternoon to wait in line. It didn't even start until 6! We waited in the cold but played some fun games that Levin knew from the Philippines! I also got some homework done. We were at this point in the line for waiting three hours. There were lines at every door to the Marriott center. Also if you look close in the middle of this picture, you can see Nelson and Lindy Pace. It is really cool getting to see people from our ward on campus.

This picture is to kind of show you where we got to sit after waiting that long. If we didn't wait though, then we probably would not have been able to see him. I am just going to create an album so that you can see the rest of my pictures so if you want to see them then look there!

First Post

What's up! This my first "post" so i'm not exactly sure where this is gunna go and what to put on it but yea... I'm gunna put up some new pics soon cuz i'm gunna go out tommorow and take pictures cuz it is snowing like crazy here! The sidewalks are somewhat cleared but but in the grass, in some areas, the snow is almost as high as my knee! I know it kinda sounds dumb, but i hope it snows again tomorrow so I can get some good pics to put up. Also I will take so pics of the mountains. There are mountains surrounding the campus and its really cool to walk to class and look up and see the snow covered mountains. I'm waitin on some pictures of family, animals, and etc. that my dad is supposed to take and send to me, so when I get those I will post those too. Classes are going really good. I am taking Bio 100, English 150, and Music 101 on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. Then I have Intro to Public Health 100 on Tuesday. I have BOM 121 (for those of you who know what it means, ask a mormon! haha) on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Then I have skiing/snowboarding which is Excercise Science 161 and that is only Wednesdays from 12 to 5. I'm pretty excited about the skiing class and can hopefully get some pictures while i'm out. I miss my family and friends but I will be back sooner than you think. We will definately need to have a B2W meeting and a JAMA meeting when I get back.
